Hi, you can try to retrieve the application on the ESTA website using your passport number and personal details (there is an option “I do not know the application number”). If that fails, file a new one, it’s not a problem, the old one will be canceled. Regarding the address – put “Unknown” or the address of the first likely place (e.g., the competition venue). It is not strictly mandatory.
Hi, I have a question… I am currently in Canada, but in two weeks I am going to a competition in the USA… I filled out the application about a month ago, but I lost the code, so I don’t know what now, since I can’t access the application and therefore don’t know if my application was accepted or rejected… should I fill it out again? is that not a problem? and another question concerns the application – do I have to state the place of stay in the “place of stay” box? I am not quite sure where exactly I will be.. thanks for the answer

Hello, if he brings one phone for personal use (or as a gift) and unboxes it (carries it as his own), it usually passes without notice. However, technically, items above a certain value should be declared and duty/VAT paid upon arrival in your home country. We do not advise bypassing customs laws.
